She follows a structured approach to new value creation, using a mix of innovation methodology and a strong systemic insight-based approach that helps organizations develop strategy that is growth-focused rather than business-forward.
Her notable clients include Unilever Global (UK), Tata Global Beverages Ltd, Vodafone India, Arla Foods (Denmark), Arvind Mills Garment Group, and Aditya Birla Lifestyle & Retail.
Swati is an animal rights activist and has a social impact consultancy with the Ford Foundation, GIZ - Germany, and Sisters of St.Anne Institutions.

Sridharan's journey spans over 20 years in the field of Marketing and Advertising has been spent in training, participating and eventually leading in nurturing & creation of brand wealth. A believer in power of stepping into consumer shoes, bringing an understanding of cultural shifts and faith in first-hand interactions has enabled him to develop transformational strategies for multiple brands over the years.

He has built ground up strategic frameworks for brands & integrated communication frameworks that enable sustainable, seamless & consistent activities across the board.
His notable clients include Godfrey Philips India, Cargil Foods, McCormick, Whirlpool, ITC John Players, Tata Docomo, and the Times of India.

Sachin Shashi
